About this event
The Resilient Lawyer (ethics)
Presenter:
Danielle Hall
Chief of Professionalism and Outreach
Office of Judicial Administration
Kansas Judicial Branch
Resiliency is often described as our ability to quickly bounce back from difficulties. Someone who has high resiliency often can manage challenges, quickly recover, and even grow and improve because of the challenge. Lawyers, however, tend to score low on the resiliency scale. During this session we will discuss why we tend to score lower on the resiliency scale, as well as why it is important to develop resiliency and how it can help you lower stress and better respond in your practice.
Lunch will be provided.
